Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Memberships are purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, on behalf of a youth athlete. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and are authorized to enroll the participant.

2. Membership & Access

Rep Lab offers recurring monthly memberships that provide access to a limited roster spot within a division and its weekly league nights. Each division holds a limited number of hitters. When a division is full, registration closes and new applicants may join the waitlist until a spot opens.

3. Billing & Renewal

• Membership is billed at $199 per month, per division, unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
• Fees are charged automatically each month via Stripe and renew until you cancel.
• By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email before any change to your membership price or renewal terms takes effect.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the "Manage My Membership" portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants and their guardians agree to conduct themselves respectfully at all Rep Lab sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership for conduct that endangers or disrupts other participants, staff, or facilities.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Baseball and athletic training involve inherent risks. Participation requires a signed liability waiver and, where applicable, a photo release collected during registration. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Scheduling & Changes

League nights, sessions, and rosters may be adjusted due to weather, facility availability, or operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of changes in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Rep Lab name, logo, and materials, is owned by Rep Lab LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rep Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, beyond the amount you paid in the preceding month.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
