Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Registration

• Participants age 18 or older may register for themselves.
• Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and authorized to consent to participation on the athlete's behalf.
• The person completing registration is responsible for providing accurate and current participant, contact, emergency, and relevant medical information.

2. Programs & Services

• Rep Lab may offer baseball and athletic development programs including, but not limited to, hitting, pitching, strength training, speed and agility training, camps, clinics, leagues, and other training opportunities.
• Program schedules, locations, capacity, eligibility requirements, session frequency, duration, coaches, pricing, and training objectives may vary by offering.
• Registration applies only to the specific program selected at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved by Rep Lab.

3. Program Fees & Payment

• The applicable program fee is the price displayed at the time of registration.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, program fees are charged in full at registration and are one-time, non-recurring charges.
• By registering, you authorize Rep Lab and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the applicable program fee.
• Rep Lab may change pricing for future programs at any time. Changes will not affect previously completed registrations.

4. Credits, Cancellations & Refunds

• If a participant withdraws before the applicable program begins, amounts paid may be issued as credit toward another Rep Lab program rather than refunded to the original payment method.
• Once a program has begun, full refunds will not be provided. Rep Lab may, at its discretion, provide a full or partial program credit based on the circumstances.
• Participant absences, including illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, team activities, or other personal circumstances, do not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or makeup session.
• If Rep Lab cancels an individual session, Rep Lab will make reasonable efforts to reschedule that session.
• If Rep Lab cancels an entire program, participants will receive credit toward another Rep Lab program.
• Additional terms may be contained in Rep Lab's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Scheduling & Program Changes

• Training schedules, coaches, locations, and program details may occasionally change because of facility availability, weather, coach availability, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.
• Rep Lab will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants.
• Rep Lab may conduct programs at Next Level Development or other facilities and training locations selected by Rep Lab.

6. Participant Health & Medical Information

• Participants or their parent/legal guardian are responsible for providing accurate information regarding relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, physical restrictions, and emergency contacts.
• By registering, you represent that the participant is physically capable of participating except for limitations disclosed to Rep Lab.
• Rep Lab may require appropriate medical clearance before participation when reasonably appropriate based on a disclosed injury, medical condition, or physical restriction.
• Participants and guardians are responsible for informing Rep Lab of material changes to this information.

7. Emergency Medical Care

• If an injury, illness, or emergency occurs during a Rep Lab activity, you authorize Rep Lab staff to provide reasonable first-response assistance and to contact emergency medical services or seek appropriate emergency medical care when reasonably necessary.
• For a minor participant, this authorization applies when a parent or legal guardian cannot immediately be reached.
• Costs associated with medical evaluation, transportation, or treatment remain the responsibility of the participant or participant's parent/legal guardian.

8. Assumption of Risk & Participant Waiver

• Baseball, strength training, speed and agility training, throwing, hitting, running, exercise, and related athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury.
• Participation requires acceptance of Rep Lab's applicable Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk.
• The separate waiver is incorporated into the registration agreement by reference. Nothing in these Terms replaces the separate waiver.

9. Athlete Conduct & Training Standards

• Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from Rep Lab coaches and staff, treat coaches, athletes, facilities, and equipment respectfully, participate safely, and avoid behavior that materially disrupts the training environment.
• Rep Lab may correct, remove from a session, suspend, or discontinue participation for an athlete whose conduct is unsafe, repeatedly disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with reasonable coaching or safety instructions.
• When appropriate, Rep Lab will make reasonable efforts to address conduct concerns before removing an athlete from a program.
• Removal for conduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or program credit.

10. Parent & Guardian Conduct

• Parents and guardians are expected to support a safe and productive training environment.
• Rep Lab coaches are responsible for directing training during Rep Lab activities. Parents and guardians may not materially interfere with coaching, disrupt sessions, behave abusively toward athletes or staff, or engage in conduct that negatively affects the safety or training environment.
• Rep Lab may restrict a parent or guardian's access to training areas or take other reasonable action when necessary to protect participants, staff, or the training environment.

11. Training Results

• Athletic development varies between participants and depends on factors outside Rep Lab's control, including attendance, effort, physical development, health, experience, individual ability, and training outside scheduled sessions.
• Rep Lab does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, including increases in throwing velocity, exit velocity, strength, speed, statistics, playing time, team placement, recruiting opportunities, scholarships, college participation, professional opportunities, or competitive results.

12. Program Transfers

• Program registrations are not automatically transferable between participants, programs, sessions, or training cycles.
• Rep Lab may approve a transfer at its discretion.

13. Communications

• By registering, you agree that Rep Lab may contact you using information provided during registration for operational communications related to your program.
• These may include confirmations, schedules, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling notices, safety information, and other information necessary to administer Rep Lab services.
• Marketing communications may be handled separately where applicable.

14. Optional Photo & Media Release

• Rep Lab may photograph or record activities for training, educational, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
• Permission for promotional use of a participant's name, image, likeness, photograph, video, or recording is optional and will be requested separately during registration.
• Declining promotional media consent will not affect a participant's eligibility to register for or participate in a Rep Lab program.

15. Intellectual Property

The Rep Lab name, logos, website content, training materials, graphics, program materials, and other Rep Lab-owned content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission from Rep Lab LLC.

16. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rep Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its website or services.
• Additional releases, limitations, assumptions of risk, or indemnification provisions applicable to athletic participation are governed by the separately executed Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

• Rep Lab may update these Terms as its programs and services evolve.
• The version applicable to a program registration will be the version presented or made available at the time of registration unless applicable law requires otherwise.
