When you join our waitlist, register for a membership, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including the player's name, parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, division of interest, current team, emergency contact details, and any questions or notes you submit.

For active members, we also collect membership status, division and session assignments, and internal staff notes used to manage your account.

Payment information (card numbers, billing details) is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We automatically collect limited technical data such as your device type and general usage information to keep the site secure and functioning.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the waitlist, process registrations, and manage your membership and roster spot.
• To bill recurring monthly membership fees through Stripe.
• To send you transactional and service emails (registration confirmations, league night reminders, schedule changes, billing notices, and renewal notifications).
• To communicate with you about your membership and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain the safety of participants (e.g., emergency contact information).

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of participants.

4. Email Communications

We send membership-related and operational emails. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at info@replabbaseball.com. Transactional emails necessary to operate your membership (such as billing and cancellation notices) will continue while your account is active.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your membership or waitlist entry is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a youth athlete. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts or make payments. All information about a minor is provided by a consenting parent or guardian.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@replabbaseball.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying members by email.
