Program Registration Agreement
Effective October 1, 2026 · Rep Lab LLC
This Program Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is between Rep Lab LLC ("Rep Lab") and the adult participant or parent/legal guardian ("you") completing registration for a Rep Lab participant ("Participant").
1. Enrollment & Authority
- If the Participant is under 18, you confirm that you are the Participant's parent or legal guardian, are at least 18 years old, and have authority to register the Participant and provide required consents on the Participant's behalf.
- Participants age 18 or older may register and agree on their own behalf.
2. Program Registration
- Registration reserves participation in the specific Rep Lab program selected during checkout, subject to the program's published schedule, eligibility requirements, capacity, and applicable details.
- Rep Lab programs may include hitting, pitching, strength training, speed and agility training, camps, clinics, leagues, and other baseball or athletic development programs.
- Registration does not create an ongoing membership or guarantee access to future Rep Lab programs.
3. Program Fee
- You agree to pay the price displayed for the selected program at registration.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the program fee is charged in full when registration is completed and is a one-time payment. Registration does not automatically renew.
4. Withdrawal, Credits & Missed Sessions
- If the Participant withdraws before the program begins, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward another Rep Lab program.
- Once a program has begun, full refunds will not be provided. Rep Lab may provide a full or partial program credit when appropriate at its discretion.
- Participant absences do not qualify for refunds, credits, or makeup sessions.
- Program registrations may be transferred only with prior approval from Rep Lab.
5. Rep Lab Cancellations
- If Rep Lab cancels an individual session, Rep Lab will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it.
- If Rep Lab cancels an entire program, the amount paid will be credited toward another Rep Lab program.
6. Health & Physical Readiness
- You confirm that the Participant is physically capable of participating except for medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or restrictions disclosed to Rep Lab.
- You agree to provide accurate emergency and relevant medical information and to notify Rep Lab of material changes.
- Rep Lab may require appropriate medical clearance before allowing participation when reasonably necessary.
7. Emergency Medical Authorization
- If an injury, illness, or emergency occurs, you authorize Rep Lab staff to provide reasonable first-response assistance and seek emergency medical care when reasonably necessary.
- For a minor Participant, Rep Lab may seek such care if a parent or legal guardian cannot immediately be reached.
- You accept responsibility for costs associated with emergency transportation, evaluation, or medical treatment.
8. Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk
- You understand that baseball and athletic training involve risks of injury.
- Participation requires execution of Rep Lab's Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk. That document is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
9. Conduct
- The Participant agrees to follow reasonable coaching and safety instructions and treat coaches, athletes, facilities, and equipment respectfully.
- Parents and guardians agree not to materially interfere with coaching or disrupt the training environment.
- Rep Lab may remove or discontinue participation for unsafe, repeatedly disruptive, disrespectful, or materially inappropriate conduct. Removal for conduct does not automatically create a right to a refund or credit.
10. No Guarantee of Athletic Results
- Training outcomes vary by athlete.
- Rep Lab does not guarantee specific increases in velocity, exit velocity, strength, speed, statistics, playing time, team placement, recruiting opportunities, scholarships, college participation, professional opportunities, or other athletic outcomes.
11. Optional Photo & Media Release
- Consent for Rep Lab to use the Participant's name, image, likeness, photographs, video, or recordings for promotional, website, or social media purposes is optional.
- Photo and media consent will be requested separately during registration.
- Declining promotional media consent will not affect the Participant's ability to register for or participate in Rep Lab programs.
12. Program Communications
You authorize Rep Lab to send communications reasonably necessary to administer the Participant's registration, including confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, and other program-related information.
13. Incorporated Policies
This Agreement should be read together with Rep Lab's:
