Optional Photo & Media Release

Rep Lab LLC may photograph or record athletes during Rep Lab programs, training sessions, camps, clinics, leagues, and other activities.
By selecting "I Agree" to the Photo & Media Release during registration, the adult Participant or parent/legal guardian authorizes Rep Lab LLC to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture the Participant's image, likeness, or voice during Rep Lab activities.
You authorize Rep Lab LLC to use these materials for legitimate Rep Lab promotional and informational purposes, which may include:
- Rep Lab's website
- Rep Lab social media accounts
- Digital and printed marketing materials
- Program promotion
- Educational or training-related content
You understand that these materials may be publicly visible and that Rep Lab is not required to compensate the Participant for authorized use.
Providing this consent is optional.
Declining this release will not affect the Participant's ability to register for, attend, or participate in Rep Lab programs.
