Membership Agreement

1. Enrollment & Consent

You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the Member, are at least 18 years old, and have the authority to enroll the Member and agree to this Agreement on their behalf.

2. What the Membership Includes

An active membership provides the Member with a reserved roster spot within a division (limited to a small number of hitters), access to weekly league nights, competitive at-bats against varied pitch profiles, and performance tracking as offered by Rep Lab.

3. Recurring Payment Authorization

• You authorize Rep Lab to charge $199 per month, per division, to your payment method on file via Stripe.
• Membership renews automatically each month until canceled.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
• Rep Lab will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email before any change to the membership price or renewal terms.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Billing stops for future periods and access continues through the end of the current paid period. Monthly charges are non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that baseball and athletic activities carry inherent risks of injury. As part of registration you have signed, or agree to sign, Rep Lab's liability waiver and release. That waiver is incorporated into this Agreement, and you assume the risks of participation on behalf of the Member to the extent permitted by law.

6. Photo & Media Release

Unless you have opted out during registration, you grant Rep Lab permission to capture and use photos or video of the Member during league activities for training, safety, and promotional purposes. You may update your photo preference by contacting us.

7. Conduct & Safety

You agree that the Member and accompanying guardians will follow Rep Lab's code of conduct and staff instructions. Rep Lab may suspend or end a membership for behavior that endangers or disrupts others.

8. Emergency Care

In the event of an injury or emergency during a session, you authorize Rep Lab staff to seek appropriate medical assistance for the Member if you cannot be reached immediately.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitutes the full agreement between you and Rep Lab regarding the membership.
